The protocol is designed for isolation of DNA from up to 0.25 g of sample     and includes Inhibitor Removal Technology to remove humic substances and other PCR inhibitors. Novel magnetic particle technology      enables purification of DNA without the typical surface binding to the beads, eliminating the adsorption of organic inhibitors that is typical     of other magnetic bead technologies, and facilitating isolation of pure DNA. In addition, neither chaotropic salts nor ethanol are used in     the binding and washing steps, removing a second source of contamination that can inhibit enzymatic reactions. DNA is ready to use for     PCR, qPCR, Sanger sequencing or NGS.      The MagAttract PowerSoil DNA Kit is designed for use with automated processing and liquid handling systems, such as the Thermo      Scientific, Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman and Eppendorf systems. Protocols are available for the Thermo Scientific KingFisher and Eppendorf     epMotion platforms.
